Financial accounting reports include all account statements, summary balance reports, and the journal.
Account Sheet
The Account Sheet report shows all postings for an account with:
– the corresponding offset account
– amounts shown as Debit and Credit


Operating Account
The Operating Account report shows all postings for an account with:
– the corresponding offset account
– amounts shown as Debit, Credit, and Balance
Journal
The journal is the complete list of all postings within a specific period.
Postings can be completely deleted within the journal.


Trial Balance List Year
The trial balance list year is a report based on account classes.
All accounts belonging to a class are listed alongside the total for that class.
Opening balances, current monthly figures, accumulated amounts, and net balances are displayed.
Trial Balance List Period
The trial balance list period is a condensed version of the trial balance list.
Instead of individual accounts, only the class totals are shown.
Opening balances, current monthly figures, accumulated amounts, and net balances are displayed.
